Elsehow – Can Somebody Live the Same Day Twice? CD

From the depths of Cologne, Germany, arises K-Elektronischer Automatisten [ K·E·A ]. Improvised electronic music, made by people and machines, for machines and deep improvised people. Their fifth album, Verlorene Tonbänder: Maschinengefühle , is composed of 5 improvised and live recording pieces about the machines’ feelings.

For anyone who has not yet had the pleasure, hyacinth is a non-binary native artist living in Portland, Oregon. You may also know their work under the moniker qualchan (again, always lower case!) Last year when Covid hit, hyacinth’s partner lost their job and they relied on hyacinth’s artistic output to keep on top of the bills. In order to make the most of the Bandcamp Fridays, hyacinth launched a new seasonal EP every month. These EPs were released on the Peradam Tapes label as digital downloads. We’re very happy to collect these EPs together and present them as one conveniently cassette-sized cassette.
